There is something refreshing about 2013 Bowman Sterling
Baseball. Perhaps it’s the straightforward
design, a player and his autograph.
Or maybe it’s knowing exactly what you are getting with each box, consistency
within prospect collecting. Either
way, at 18 autographs a hobby box, it’s a solid, reliable product for hit
seeking Bowman collectors.
Bowman Sterling Baseball comes in at the high end of our
premium cards category. Each hobby
box contains 6 packs with 4 cards per pack. Each pack contains 3 Autograph Cards.
Here are all of the cards we pulled.

Overall Look
This is solid design, striped down to player and auto. Not a lot of variation besides color
parallels and refractors, but that works well for this hit packed release.
Quality and Variety of Players
This is a tight base set at 50 rookie and 50 prospect cards,
which is a good thing. The
Autograph checklist is just s good.
Do the Hits satisfy?
The massive amount of hits found per pack is the equivalent,
and in some cases more than you will find in most other boxes. The fact that the vast majority of autos
are on card and there are 18 autos per box makes this the premiere prospecting
product. Box Topper Autos are tough pulls but finding one of them or one of the autographed Bowman Sapphire Autos, or Rookie Reprint Autos will definitely satisfy collectors.
Will you keep coming back for more?
This is a “High Risk, High Reward” product but the risk is
greatly decreased by the caliber of prospects/rookies and the volume of
autographs contained in a full hobby box.
This is definitely a multiple box purchase if you can swing it.

Nice pulls! I am very interested in the Urias and Anderson if they were available in a trade.
ReplyDeleteI didn't realize there were that many autographs per box! I really like that Clint Frazier!
